Universal Ingredients Limited (the ‘Organisation’) aims to provide defect free goods & services to its clients on
time & within budget.
The Organisation operates a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certification, Including flavourings, fragrances & micro-nutrients.
BRC Accreditation was gained in August 2006, a credit to our already high standards.
The management is committed to:

The management has a continuing commitment to:

- Ensure that client needs & expectations are determined & fulfilled with the aim of achieving client satisfaction

- Communicate throughout the Organisation the importance of meeting client needs & legal requirements

- Establish the Quality Policy & its objectives
4.
- Ensure that the management review meeting sets & reviews the quality objectives, & reports on the Internal
audit results as a means of monitoring & measuring the processes & the effectiveness of the Quality
Management System

- Ensure the availability of resources
The Organisation constantly monitors its quality performance & implements improvements when appropriate.
