Universal Ingredients Limited aims to provide defect free goods and services to its clients on time and within budget, through our Quality Management System which has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certification. We are also BRC accredited.

The Quality Management System operates on the basis of continuous improvement, with constant monitoring of our performance in order to make improvements wherever possible for the further enhancement of customer satisfaction. Key aspects of the system include:

• Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are continually determined and fulfilled
• Communicating internally the importance of meeting customer needs and legal requirements
• Establishing the Quality Policy and its objectives
• Ensuring that the management review meeting sets and reviews the quality objectives, and reports on the internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and effectiveness of the Quality Management System
